Return the goods to us along
with any receipts for a credit note within 7 days of delivery. The credit note
will incur a handling charge to allow for PayPal charges.

replaced (where possible) or repaired any faulty goods which are returned to us
within 6 months of their original purchase.

Any item
returned within 7 days will be eligible for a credit note assuming that an
alternative cannot be found. Credit notes are valid for a period of 12 months
from their issue date.

Any replacement or repair will incur charges for extra postage along with any
other charges we may incur.

Returns of any item ordered in for the customer as a “Special Order” will incur
a handling charge of 50% of the price paid unless a replacement of the same item
in a different size can be made from stock.

All items are sold as seen and are assumed to be in good condition by both us
and the customer.

All or any terms and conditions may be changed at any time without notice.

It is the responsibility of the customer to check or have checked on a regular
basis any fastenings, clasps or settings of any jewellery. Returns made due to
wear and tear will incur a handling and postage charge.

We cannot accept returned earrings or studs or other piercing jewellery.

Any replacement/credit note is offered purely at the owners discretion and will
depend on the condition of the item in question. Refunds will not be offered
against any item.

All sizing is the
responsibility of the customer, if any item is returned because it is not the
correct size any refund will incur a 30% handling charge. Postage and packing
must be paid on all orders including subsequent order following a return, for
whatever reason.
